Every company from the smallest home based firm to large corporations should have one. If you document everything that an employee does wrong using the employee discipline form, it will make sacking them much easier. But, I've decided to give you another chance on the account of your long service with the firm. By sacking workforce the right way, many small businesses will improve their success and find that their workplace grows with the right employees.
